What areas do you serve?

St. Paul, Minneapolis and most suburbs.  Give us a call to discuss your location.

How much do you charge?

Fees vary depending upon client requirements. We can provide you with an estimate over the phone or during an in-home visit. We’ll ask you a few questions about your home, the frequency of cleaning you’d like, plus any custom requirements.  

Can I get a gift certificate?

Yes!   We will create a special gift certificate for any occasion throughout the year.  We can also customize a cleaning gift basket for the occasion. 

When can you come?

Our cleaning techs regularly clean between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Normally, you can get on the schedule in just a few days. The more flexible you are with day preferences, the quicker we can be there. Of course, if you have an urgent need, just let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you even to the extent of providing service the same day!

How do you clean solid floors?

This will largely depend on the floor, but we use professional mops and our toxic-free cleaners…such as Basic H and water for tile and linoleum and vinegar and water on the hardwood floors. We will also use a preferred product that you supply for us.

What if I’m sensitive to chemicals?

Our cleaning solutions are mostly toxic-free.  We use vinegar and water for dusting, glass and mirrors. We use Shaklee’s Basic H mixed with water and little Dawn detergent.  We also carry stronger products for tougher spots and toilets if needed. We will discuss your sensitivities with you and use appropriate products.

Do you do windows & chandeliers?

Our techs typically spot clean windows and sliding glass doors. To do all your windows inside and out, plus screens, skylights and so forth, we have a window company that we can recommend.

Do you clean carpets & upholstery?

No.  Our techs vacuum carpets and upholstery.  For carpet cleaning, we can recommend companies that do an excellent job!

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy with a $25 fee. In case of an emergency, call us as soon as possible and we will be as flexible as we can.  In case of a “lock-out”, we also charge $25. 

Do I need to be home?

No. You don’t have to be home. Most clients provide us with a key or a code to get in when they are not at home.  Keys are kept secure.

What do I have to provide?

We do require electricity, water and appropriate heating/cooling in the home.  The techs bring all the equipment and supplies including vacuums. If you prefer that we use your equipment and/or supplies, we are happy to do so. 

How do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, PayPal, checks and cash. Just let our office know the method you prefer and we’ll typically process charges the following business day. Your total will be based on hourly and/or flat rate charges plus taxes. Gratuities are not expected but are appreciated.

I have a pet – is that a problem?

Not usually as long as the techs can safely do their tasks. You know your pets well, so feel free to secure them if it’s appropriate.
